● We do not issue any refunds or Store credits.
● As all our products are made to order and handcrafted, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
● Kindly check the size guide before placing an order, as we have a strict NO EXCHANGE policy.
● Returns shall only be accepted in case of genuine product damage i.e., during delivery or any
manufacturing defect. Please photograph this as soon as you open the package and write to us
at customercare@albeliluxe.com 24 hours of delivery. The team shall get back to you with a
solution. Complains or defects will not be accepted or entertained after 24 hours.
